Fabulous meals today. I have absolutely no idea how to account for them. First I/ had this really good dish at Momofuko. I’m just going to assume it had all the sodium in the world. And then we went to a place called Buca, where I had cheeses and garlic knots and a cocktail and wine and then this:
That, my friends, is a swiss chard agnolotti pasta with lemon and ricotta and it tastes like springtime.
There was dessert too.
So all the calories? And if that’s not the best thing I could have done, I eat like that so seldom, that I just don’t care.
I got 15,000 steps in without even trying too.
