Eating Well – Day 66

This is going to brief.

It was insanely hot today. Got in 13k steps by going out very early and by going out after dinner.

Breakfast: avocado toast w/lemon & kale

Lunch: chicken bruschetta

Dinner: 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 chicken cutlet

Snacks: 1/4 cup almonds, 1 oz mozzarella, 1/2 cup of pistachio ice cream
